Each parcel from LOVEGOODCRYSTALS is packed with care and presence. We appreciate your patience as your pieces make their way to you.


Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped from Singapore within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

During launch periods or special promos, we may need a little more time — thank you for your understanding.

We currently ship to:

• Singapore

• Selected international countries, including the EU, UK, USA, Australia, and more

Estimated Delivery Times

Singapore: 2–4 business days

Asia: 5–10 business days

Europe: 7–20 business days

USA & Others: 10–25 business days

Tracking & Delivery

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.

LOVEGOODCRYSTALS is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by couriers

• Parcels marked as “delivered” but not received

• Lost or stolen packages after dispatch

If your parcel appears delayed or has issues after dispatch, please contact the courier company directly using your tracking number.

That said, if something still feels off, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to assist from our end.


Incorrect Addresses & Returned Parcels

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you’d like it re-shipped, the new shipping fee will be borne by the customer.


Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their country.

We are unable to mark parcels as gifts.
