At LOVEGOODCRYSTALS, every piece is chosen with intention — a quiet companion meant to journey with you. In honoring the care and energy behind every selection, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
We kindly ask that you shop mindfully, with presence and clarity. If you’re unsure about anything before ordering, feel free to reach out via our Contact page.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your parcel arrives with a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to make it right. Please:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel
- Email us at support@lovegoodcrystals.com with your order number, clear photos and video of the item(s) and packaging
Faulty or damaged condition refers to any crystals or hardware charms that are cracked, chipped, or broken upon arrival. For other items (e.g. stands, trays, palo santo), this includes broken, severely warped, or unusable condition.
Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit if eligible. Please note that approved returns must be mailed back to us by the customer before any replacement or store credit is processed, unless otherwise stated.

Please Note
- Each crystal is naturally unique. Variations in color, shape, texture, or small inclusions are part of their nature, not defects.
- All product photos and videos are taken under a variety of lighting conditions — including natural daylight, sunlight, and studio lighting with flash. We do our best to represent the true color of each crystal accurately. However, please allow for slight color variations due to individual screen settings and lighting differences.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing misjudgment, color disparity, or individual sensitivities to energy.
- We reserve the right to decline any request that falls outside the above conditions.
